I am making a website for a webcomic/portfolio and I need someone to make a website or me. This would include a blog, comic archive, and possibly a fourm. Also, if you are interested, expect to make 30-40 dollars doing this.

$40, lol? Actually I'm working in the web programming area, and I need to tell you, that 40 dollar for that is like nothing. I'm really sorry to say that, but if somebody do the coding on their own (and not just use a downloadable Portal System), than he/she won't do it for so little money. But maybe somebody will do a basic site for you, but still, it will be very basic...
Anyway, I wish you good luck in your webcomic project.
If you're site's PHP, I think I can help. I'm proficient in PHP and MySQL.
